Embrace the Value of Point of Care MRI
for Greater Access to Critical Data
The patient-focused Embrace® Neonatal MRI System provides quality diagnostic imaging when and where its needed, while keeping premature and critically-ill infants safe and comfortable in their care environment. This breakthrough, point of care imaging system
Stop by and discover how the point of care Embrace® Neonatal MRI System can provide greater access to critical data insights for even your most vulnerable NICU patients.
Click below to meet with an Embrace MRI Specialist while at the show and explore how point of care MRI can support your specific goals for delivering optimal care inside the NICU.
MRI is a powerful diagnostic tool, providing critical data with clarity and detail that is often unattainable with other imaging methods, such as ultrasound. The Embrace® Neonatal MRI System is uniquely designed to generate quality, high-resolution MR images at the point of care to support more informed and confident clinical decisions.

Infant born by spontaneous vaginal delivery was admitted to the NICU and diagnosed with Gram Negative E. coli sepsis. A non-sedated MRI was completed on Day of Life 15, using the Embrace® Neonatal MRI System located inside the NICU.
After severe encephalopathy was noted following delivery, an early MRI scan was completed using the Embrace® Neonatal MRI System on Day of Life 1, while the infant was still undergoing therapeutic hypothermia to determine the extent of brain injury.
Diane Wilson, NNP
Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada
With over 30 years of experience in Neonatology and a focus on Neonatal Neurology, Diane has been instrumental in the development of the Neonatal Neurocritical Care Unit (NNCU) at SickKids. In this webinar, Diane reviews the anatomy and physiology of neonatal brain development and the components of a comprehensive neonatal neurological examination, with an overview of the common causes of brain injury in preterm and term infants, including a case presentation with neurological exam findings.
P. Ellen Grant, MD
Director, Fetal Neonatal Neuroimaging and
Developmental Science (FNNDSC),
Clinical Neuroradiologist at Boston Children’s Hospital, and
Professor of Pediatrics and Radiology at
Harvard Medical School
In this insightful webinar, Dr. Grant reviews clinical cases illustrating the use of on-unit 1T MRI and discusses the clinical value of greater accessibility to MRI when managing neonatal patients.
The Embrace® Neonatal MRI System is specifically designed to keep babies safe and warm in their care environment, while simplifying the entire imaging process for the care team. Click below and see for yourself how the Embrace® compares to current scanning methods, eliminating the need for special equipment, extensive preparation and high-risk, off-unit patient transport.
We know your time is valuable. That’s why we devised these short 60-second insights, designed to familiarize you with a few of the important features and facets of neonatal MRI.
